Who We Are
One Kalakaua Senior Living is a fee-simple condominium multipurpose senior living community that exists to support the current and enhance the future lifestyle needs of our residents. An elected board governs our community, which is managed by the Board and managing agent.
There are no restrictions on purchase, however primary occupants must be 55 years or older to reside at One Kalakaua.

Services & Amenities
We offer wellness and leisure programs (including fitness and craft classes), a dining facility, exercise facilities, a pool and spa. One Kalakaua Senior Living is also a licensed Assisted Living Facility and offers for an additional fee services such as assistance with medication, bathing, meals, activities, shopping and companion care. This additional fee is above and beyond the mandatory monthly condominium Maintenance and Dues fees.
Hale Ola Kino by Arcadia is a skilled nursing facility on the second floor that leases space from One Kalakaua Senior Living (we do not operate this skilled nursing facility). If you have any inquiries, please contact Hale Ola Kino by Arcadia directly at
